How much does a 3D tour cost in Austin?
The 3D Showcase Tour starts at $100, the 360 Home Tour at $200, and the 3D Matterport Tour at $220. The price depends on the size of the home. Book one with your photos or on its own, and see every price on the pricing page.
What's the difference between the three tours?
The 3D Showcase Tour is a 3D walkthrough, and it's the tour in every Zillow package. The 360 Home Tour is an interactive 360 walkthrough that works on Zillow through the MLS tour link, and on MLS, Realtor.com, Redfin, and Homes.com. It doesn't include a dollhouse view. The 3D Matterport Tour is a full Matterport walkthrough with a dollhouse view and measurements.
Which 3D tour works on Zillow?
The 360 Home Tour works on Zillow through the MLS tour link, and on MLS, Realtor.com, Redfin, and Homes.com. The 3D Showcase Tour is the one in every Zillow package. For the Showcase badge, a tour alone isn't enough: Zillow needs photos, a 3D Showcase Tour, and the Zillow floor plan together. Matterport tours can be shared by link on MLS and your own site.
How do I get the Zillow Showcase badge?
Book a Zillow package. The badge needs photos, a 3D Showcase Tour, and the Zillow floor plan. Every Zillow package includes all three, from $369. More on the Zillow Showcase page.
Is a 3D tour the same as a video or a virtual tour?
No. A 3D tour lets buyers click through the home on their own. A video is filmed and edited, and buyers watch it. A Slideshow (Virtual Tour) is your listing photos set to music. Agents call all three a virtual tour, so say which one you want when you book.
Can I book a 3D tour without photos?
Yes. You can book a tour on its own. The Zillow Showcase badge is different: it needs photos, a 3D Showcase Tour, and the Zillow floor plan, so that one is a package.
When do I get my tour?
We send your tour to the email address you give us within 2 business days.
How long does the tour stay online?
The 3D Showcase Tour is hosted by Zillow at no hosting fee. The 360 Home Tour stays online for a year. The 3D Matterport Tour stays online for a year too. Need either one up longer? Ask us.

Yes, from the air. The 360° Aerial Tour starts at $175 and is priced by acreage. It's included in Land | Gold and Land | Platinum.
