How much does real estate drone photography cost in Austin?
The Aerial Mini is $99, added to a photo shoot. Drone photos are also included in HDR | Aerial, from $349, and Signature | Gold, from $419. Every price is on the pricing page.
How many aerial photos do I get?
Unlimited drone photos of the property and the lot. That's the Aerial Mini, and the packages that include drone photos give the same.
What kind of aerial shots do I get?
A mix. Straight-down shots show the lot and the layout. Angled shots show the house, the neighborhood, and what's nearby. Buyers get the full picture before they ever drive by.
Can you mark the property lines on the aerials?
Yes, and it's included with every drone shoot. We draw the boundary and the acreage right on the photo, so buyers see what they're getting at a glance. Great for land, acreage, and big lots.
Does every listing need drone photos?
Honestly, no. On a standard lot with nothing special around it, a good ground exterior tells the story. Drone earns its keep on acreage, pools, views, and homes where the location is the selling point. If you're not sure, ask. We'll tell you straight.
Which packages include drone photos?
HDR | Aerial and HDR | Video on the HDR side. Signature | Gold and Signature | Platinum on the Signature side. Zillow | Signature Gold and Zillow | Signature Platinum. Airbnb | Gold and Airbnb | Platinum. Lease | Aerial. For land, Land | Drone Photos and every land package above it.
Are you licensed to fly drones for real estate?
Yes. We're FAA Part 107 certified, which is the license you need to fly a drone for real estate.
Can you fly a drone anywhere in Austin?
Not everywhere. We check airspace and altitude limits before every flight. We don't fly anything restricted or against FAA regulations.
What if the weather is bad?
We check the forecast the day before and let you know ahead of the shoot if we need to change the plan. Rain and high wind can ground the drone.
When do I get my aerial photos?
They arrive with your interior and exterior photos, so there's no extra waiting.
Do you shoot drone video?
Yes. We shoot drone video too. The Drone Property Tour is sweeping aerial video of the land, from $450 and priced by acreage. The rest of our video lives on the video page.
Do you shoot land and ranches from the air?
Yes. Land | Drone Photos starts at $199 and is priced by acreage. Land | Bronze adds ground photos, from $359. The 360° Aerial Tour starts at $175 and is included in Land | Gold and Land | Platinum.
