What is an image enhancement?

An edit made to a listing photo after the shoot. We sell seven: Green Grass, Item Removal, Digital Declutter, Occupied-to-Vacant, Light Fireplace, TV Screen Replacements, and Add New Lawn.

How much does real estate photo editing cost?

Green Grass is $45 per listing. Item Removal is $10. Digital Declutter is $30. Occupied-to-Vacant is $35. Light Fireplace is $20 per listing, TV Screen Replacements is $20 per listing, and Add New Lawn is $75 per listing. Every price is on the pricing page.

Can you make brown grass green?

Yes. That's Green Grass, and it greens up the lawn in your exterior photos. $45 per listing.

Can you remove a car or a trash can from a photo?

Yes. That's Item Removal. We take one object out of a photo, like a car, a trash can, or a hose, for $10.

What's the difference between Item Removal and Digital Declutter?

Item Removal takes one object out of a photo and is priced per item. Digital Declutter removes the clutter and personal items in a photo and is priced per photo.

Can you make a furnished room look empty?

Yes. That's Occupied-to-Vacant. We remove all the furniture so the room reads empty. It's $35 per photo.

What if the sky is gray on shoot day?

Every exterior photo gets a sky replacement when it needs one. It's included.

What editing is already included?

Every photo gets color correction, vertical alignment, and minor touch-ups. Every exterior photo gets a sky replacement when it needs one.

When do I get the edited photos?

With the rest of your photos. Digital Twilight is the one exception, because you pick the photo. Delivered within one business day of the photo you pick.

Can I add an edit after my photos are delivered?

Yes. Just tell us which photos and which edit, and we'll take care of it.

Can you remove power lines or the house next door?

Not by default. We do major edits like power lines, a neighbor's house, or a cracked driveway when you ask for them. Complex edits vary. Ask us. MLS rules on edits like these vary. You know where the photos are going, so that call is yours. Not every photo ends up on MLS.
