What is flambient photography?
It's flash plus ambient light, blended in the edit. Because we control the light, we can add it where it's missing and take it out where it isn't wanted, like reflections and hot spots. It also helps remove color casts so colors stay true. It's the technique behind our Signature look.
Which style should I choose, HDR or Signature Flash?
HDR works for most listings. It's clean, bright, and true to life, and it arrives the next business day. Choose Signature when the photos will carry the marketing, or the light in the home is tricky. It arrives in two business days. Both include unlimited photos.
How much does real estate photography cost?
HDR starts at $209 and Signature at $279 for homes under 1,000 square feet. The price goes by the size of the home and how far you go: photos, floor plan, aerial, or video. Type your square footage into the price builder, or see every size on the pricing page.
How do I prepare the home for the shoot?
Have the home staged and cleaned before we arrive. We'll pick up litter and stray objects, but we don't make beds or move furniture. Tell us which rooms and angles matter most.
What size are the photos, and can I print them?
Every photo is at least 3000 x 2000 pixels, good for the web and for prints up to 8 x 10 inches.
Where can I use the photos?

What happens if the weather is bad?
If weather keeps us from shooting, we'll set a new date at the earliest time that works. Need to reschedule? Give us 24 hours' notice and there's no fee. We try to be flexible so when in doubt, give us a call. 512-400-4205
How soon can you shoot my listing?
Book online and you're confirmed on the spot. If anything about the date or access needs a tweak, we'll reach out. You can book any open time as little as 12 hours ahead.
Can I add twilight, drone photos, or video?
Yes. Add an aerial set, a twilight photo, a floor plan, or video to any shoot. Pick them when you book, and see every add-on and price on the pricing page.
