How much does a real estate video cost in Austin?
A package with photos and a Social Media Highlight starts at $729 with HDR photos or $799 with Signature photos. The full Elevated MLS Tour is $500 added to a shoot, or $50 swapped into a video package. See every size on the pricing page.
Which video should I pick?
Start with the job. The Elevated MLS Tour shows the whole house. The Social Media Highlight is a short clip for social. Realtor On-Camera puts you in the tour. Signature Social is a reel for your own page, not the listing.
How long are the videos?
The Social Media Highlight runs about 45 seconds. The Signature Social reel runs 15 to 30 seconds. The Elevated MLS Tour is the full walkthrough. Its length depends on the house, but it's usually under 2 minutes, so buyers watch to the end.
Do I get horizontal or vertical video?
The Elevated MLS Tour and the Social Media Highlight come horizontal or vertical. You pick when you book. Signature Social comes with one vertical reel and one horizontal cut.
When do I get my video?
Video arrives in 3 to 4 business days. Photos come first: the next business day for HDR, two business days for Signature. A Slideshow (Virtual Tour) comes with your photos, and Photos to Video is ready within 2 days of your photos.
Can I be in the video?
Yes. Add Realtor On-Camera to the Elevated MLS Tour for $150. We write the script and direct the takes. Rather stay off camera? Custom Voiceover puts your voice on the tour for $75.
Is drone footage included?
Usually, yes. We shoot drone footage for most videos, as long as it helps the listing and the airspace allows it. Want a video that's all aerial? That's the Drone Property Video.
Is music included, and can you add my branding?
Every video comes with music. Branding is up to you. Ask when you book and we'll add your logo and contact details. The Elevated MLS Tour comes without branding unless you ask, so it works on MLS.
What's the difference between a video, a slideshow, and a 3D tour?
A video is filmed at the property. A Slideshow (Virtual Tour) is your listing photos set to music. A 3D tour lets buyers click through the home on their own. Agents call all three a virtual tour, so say which one you want when you book.
