We use an advanced lighting technique that blends professional flash with natural window light. The result? Photos with true-to-life colors, balanced lighting in every room, and none of the "HDR glow" that makes some real estate photos look artificial.
What is the turnaround time for my images?
Photos are delivered within 48 hours—guaranteed. Unlike high-volume photography services, every image goes through our double-review editing process before delivery. We'd rather take an extra day to get it right than rush something out the door.
How much does real estate photography cost?
Interior & exterior photography packages start at $200. Final pricing depends on square footage and any add-on services like drone aerials or twilight shots. We publish transparent pricing because we believe you shouldn't have to request a quote just to know what you're working with.
What areas do you serve?
We serve the entire Austin metropolitan area and Central Texas Hill Country, including Cedar Park, Round Rock, Georgetown, Leander, Pflugerville, Lakeway, Dripping Springs, and surrounding communities.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 3-5 days ahead, though we can sometimes accommodate shorter notice. Because we limit our daily bookings to maintain quality, popular listing days (Tuesday-Thursday) fill up fastest.
How should the property be prepared before the shoot?
We'll send you a photo shoot checklist after booking. The basics: declutter surfaces, turn on all lights, open blinds and curtains, and remove vehicles from the driveway. A well-prepared home photographs significantly better and helps your listing stand out.
What if it's cloudy or rainy on shoot day?
Interior photos can proceed in any weather. For exteriors, we include complimentary blue sky replacements with every shoot—so even on overcast Central Texas days, your listing looks like it was photographed in perfect conditions. We'll reschedule at no charge if conditions are severe.
Can I use the photos for any marketing purpose?
Yes. You receive full commercial usage rights for all delivered images—MLS, print materials, social media, websites, and digital advertising. The photos are yours to use however you need to market the property.
