What is Zillow Showcase?
It's Zillow's premium listing upgrade. Zillow says a Showcase listing gets a specific map tag and search tag with icons, prioritized placement in search and map results, and dedicated emails to matching shoppers. Zillow decides which agents and markets get it.
What does Zillow require for a Showcase listing?
The media has to be HD photos, a Zillow 3D Home tour, and a Zillow interactive floor plan. Zillow says a compatible 360 camera is required to capture the floor plan, and the photographer needs specific equipment and training. Every one of our Zillow packages includes all three pieces. Our name for the tour is the 3D Showcase Tour.
If I book you, is my listing a Showcase listing?
No. Booking us does not get a listing Showcase. Zillow decides which agents and markets get Showcase. Our part is the media: we capture HD photos and the 3D Showcase Tour with its Zillow interactive floor plan in one visit and deliver them.
Is Zillow Showcase available in Austin?
Zillow decides which agents and markets get Showcase, so check with Zillow. On our side, we're in Showcase Select, which makes us eligible for direct Zillow Showcase media booking.
How do I connect you to my Showcase listing?
Per Zillow's guide for agents: when your photographer delivers through Aryeo and the media is tied to the listing's address, it shows up in your Showcase account for you to select. Otherwise, you submit your photographer's details in Showcase so they can upload. You can invite any photographer who meets Zillow's requirements, and you can invite us as your own photographer. We deliver through Aryeo, the platform Zillow uses for Showcase media.
How much does a Zillow package cost?
Zillow | HDR Showcase starts at $369 and Zillow | Signature Showcase at $439. The price depends on the size of the home. The full table is on this page.
What's the difference between the four packages?
All four include HD photos and the 3D Showcase Tour with its Zillow interactive floor plan. Zillow | HDR Showcase has HDR photos. Zillow | Signature Showcase has photos in our Signature Flash look. Zillow | Signature Gold adds the Aerial Mini drone photos. Zillow | Signature Platinum adds the Elevated MLS Tour, our longer listing walkthrough video.
When do I get everything?
Photos arrive the next business day with Zillow | HDR Showcase, and in two business days with the Signature packages. The tour and the Zillow interactive floor plan arrive within 2 business days. The video in Zillow | Signature Platinum arrives in 3 to 4 business days.
Is there a hosting fee for the tour?
No. The 3D Showcase Tour is hosted by Zillow at no hosting fee.
Can I add video to a Showcase listing?
Yes. Zillow | Signature Platinum includes a video, the Elevated MLS Tour. On the other three packages you can add one: the Elevated MLS Tour for $500 or the Social Media Highlight for $450. Zillow's rule is one video per listing, up to 120 seconds, from the same photographer who supplied the other media, uploaded through Aryeo.
I'm not on Showcase. Can I still get the tour and the floor plan for my Zillow listing?
Yes. The 3D Showcase Tour always includes the Zillow interactive floor plan, and you can book it on its own. Zillow says listings with a Zillow interactive floor plan get prioritized placement in search results. See 3D tours.
