What is a property website?
It's the place where all your media lives. Think of it as a virtual flyer you can share anywhere. It's customizable: you can add your branding, property details, and more.
Does the property website cost extra?
No. It's included with every order, and it's never sold on its own, so there's nothing to add.
What's the difference between the branded and unbranded links?
The branded link shows your contact info, photo, and logo. The unbranded link shows none of it. You get both.
Which link should I use on MLS?
Use the unbranded link where MLS doesn't allow agent branding.
Can I edit my property website?
Yes. You can edit it yourself, and add your branding, property details, and more.
Do I get QR codes?
Yes. QR codes come with it. Click the link to download them.
How long does the property website stay up?
Every order comes with a property website: a branded link and an unbranded link, QR codes you can download, you can edit it yourself, and the link stays up for two years, then it expires. The QR codes stop working when the link expires.
Can the listing have its own web address?
Yes. That's the Custom Domain, $29. Your own web address, 123MainSt.com for the property website. It's not offered on lease shoots.
Is a property website the same as a virtual tour?
Agents use "virtual tour" for a few things. This page is the property website. A 3D tour is on the 3D tours page. A filmed video and the Slideshow (Virtual Tour) are on the video page. The Showcase badge is on the Zillow Showcase page.
