1. 01

   Booking

   Book online and you're confirmed on the spot. If anything about the date or access needs a tweak, we'll reach out. Or email contact@comeandshootitphotography.com with as much detail as you can. We reply within 24 hours, and an emailed request is booked once we've both confirmed. You can book any open time as little as 12 hours ahead.

2. 02

   At the shoot

   Nobody from your side needs to be at the shoot, but you're welcome to stay and watch, and we do recommend being there for your first shoot with us. If you're not there, we'll shoot it the way we think works best, and that's what you get. We'll put the toilet seat down and pick up litter and stray objects. We don't make beds or move furniture, so please have the home staged and cleaned before we arrive. Every property is shot as is. Tell us which rooms and angles matter most. If you don't, we'll use our best judgment.

3. 03

   After the shoot

   We retouch every image and send your files to the email address you give us. Signature photos arrive in two business days. HDR photos arrive the next business day. On HDR | Video, the video arrives in 3 to 4 business days. Want your Signature photos the next day instead of in two business days? Next-Day Rush adds $50 for photos. If your shoot runs on a different schedule, we'll tell you when you book. Photos are at least 3000 x 2000 pixels, good for the web and for prints up to 8 x 10 inches.

4. 04

   Cancellations, late arrivals, and weather

   Need to cancel or reschedule? Give us at least 24 hours' notice and there's no fee. Cancel inside 24 hours and the fee is $150. Cancel on the day of the shoot and it's $200. If we're already on site, it's $250. If you or your rep are running late, your shoot may be cut short, because we have other shoots to get to. We'll always try to reschedule. If weather keeps us from shooting, we'll set a new date at the earliest time that works.

5. 05

   Rights and usage

   You can use the images for any marketing for the property and for your own self-promotion. If you're an agent or broker, your parent company can use them to market that specific property. We keep ownership of the images. They're for commercial use only, and you can't redistribute them. You get a license to use them, and so does your parent company. Nobody else does. That includes architects, builders, stagers, designers, sellers, and buyers, unless we approve it in writing first.

6. 06

   Payment

   You pay when you book. The order form takes payment by credit or debit card and lists every fee, including travel, before you confirm. Accounts we have set up on invoicing are billed after the shoot instead.
