Are you looking for a homestead with all utilities ready to go? I've got 19.35 acres AG exempt. All you need is a septic.
- GraphicsA property lines graphic and a compass come with every land shoot. Anything else, ask us. We draw the lines so buyers see the shape and size of the land at a glance. We've shot everything from a few acres to ranches over 1,000, and the lines graphic is usually the first thing buyers study. It's a marketing graphic, so the survey still gets the final word.

How much does land and ranch photography cost in Texas?
It goes by acreage. Land | Ground Photos is $199 to $599. Land | Drone Photos is $199 to $999. Land | Bronze is $359 to $1,439. Land | Gold is $519 to $1,959. Land | Platinum is $879 to $2,679. The price for each acreage is in the table on this page and on the pricing page.
What if the property is over 1,000 acres?

What's included in each land package?
Land | Ground Photos: Ground-level photos of structures, entries, fencing, and features. Land | Drone Photos: Aerial photos of the lot, property lines, and surrounding area. Land | Bronze has both. Land | Gold adds: 360° aerial tour. Land | Platinum adds: Drone Property Tour: aerial video of the boundaries, terrain, and standout features. Every package comes with a property website.
What is the 360° Aerial Tour?
Explore the property from above. One per property. It's included in Land | Gold and Land | Platinum. On Land | Ground Photos or Land | Drone Photos, it's an add-on from $175, priced by acreage. Land | Bronze can't add the 360° Aerial Tour. To get it, step up to Land | Gold.
Do you shoot video of land?
Yes. Land | Platinum includes the Drone Property Tour: aerial video of the boundaries, terrain, and standout features. You can also buy the Drone Property Tour on its own, or add it to any other land package, from $450, priced by acreage. Delivered within 3 to 4 business days.
The ranch has a house. How do I book it?
If the house is the listing, book an interior shoot. If the land is the listing, book Land, and add Ranch House Interiors. Ranch House Interiors is $149 up to 3,400 square feet and $199 over. 20 to 30 HDR interior photos of the house, on the same Land order.
Can I add a floor plan or a twilight shoot?
Yes. The 2D Floor Plan (Land) is $100. A measured floor plan of the structure. Golden Hour Twilight is $200, and Digital Twilight is $35.
When do I get the photos?
Photos: Delivered within 2 business days. 360° Aerial Tour: Delivered within 2 business days. Drone Property Tour video: Delivered within 3 to 4 business days.
How do you cover a large property?
On big properties, we ask the agent or owner to drive us around. Some are over 1,000 acres, and we can't cover that by car or on foot.
Do you shoot outside the Austin metro?
Yes. No travel fee within 50 miles of Cedar Park. Heading out into the Hill Country? Call 512-400-4205 and we'll sort it out.
Do you shoot commercial or developer land?
Commercial or developer land is a different service, and it's quoted. Contact us.
How many photos do I get?
There's no set number of photos for land.
