How much does Airbnb photography cost in Austin?
It goes by the size of the home. Airbnb | Bronze is $329 to $779. Airbnb | Gold is $419 to $869. Airbnb | Platinum is $799 to $1,249. The price for each size is in the table on this page and on the pricing page.
What's included in an Airbnb or VRBO shoot?
Airbnb | Bronze includes: Signature Flash Photography of every room and outdoor space. Two business day delivery. Property website. Airbnb | Gold adds: Unlimited Aerial Mini drone photos. Airbnb | Platinum adds: Social Media Highlight video, about 45 seconds, horizontal or vertical.
How many photos do I get?
As many as the home needs. We shoot every room and outdoor space.
How soon do I get the photos?
Two business day delivery for photos. Video delivery: 3 to 4 business days on Airbnb | Platinum.
How do you schedule around guests?
Guests are never at the home when we shoot. You schedule us once guests are out and the home is cleaned and flipped for the next guest. The home is turned over and ready for the next guest when we arrive.
Can I get a floor plan?
Yes, as an add-on. The 2D Floor Plan (Airbnb) starts at $35. A measured 2D floor plan so guests see the layout before they book. No Airbnb package includes one. More on the floor plans page.
Do you shoot the amenities, like the coffee station and the fire pit?
Yes. That's the Amenity Details Set, $75. 8 to 10 detail shots guests book on: coffee station, linens, tub, fire pit, pool, workspace.
Can you shoot the home at twilight?
Yes. Golden Hour Twilight is $200. An on-site shoot at dusk. Warm interior glow, deep blue sky. Digital Twilight is $35. More on the twilight page.

What isn't sold on an Airbnb or VRBO shoot?
HDR packages, the Elevated MLS Tour, Signature Social, the 3D Matterport Tour, the 360 Home Tour, the 3D Floor Plan, Green Grass, and Item Removal aren't sold on Airbnb and VRBO shoots. No Airbnb package includes a floor plan. It's an add-on.
