What's included in a lease shoot?
Lease | Photos includes: HDR photos, interior and exterior. 15 to 35 photos depending on size. Sky replacement. Property website. Two business day delivery. Lease | Listing adds: 2D floor plan with room measurements. Lease | Aerial adds: Unlimited drone photos.
How many photos do I get?
15 to 35 photos depending on size. The range for each size is in the price table. Need more? Extra Photos are $8.
How soon do I get the photos?
Two business day delivery. Next-Day Rush (Lease) is $25. Lease photos next day instead of two business days.
Can I get a floor plan for a rental listing?
Yes. Lease | Listing includes a 2D floor plan with room measurements, from $159. On Lease | Photos, the 2D Floor Plan (Lease) is an add-on, from $40. More on the floor plans page.
Can you stage an empty unit?
Yes. Virtual Staging is $45. Virtual furniture added to an empty room or an outdoor space, per photo. Delivered within one business day of the photo you pick. More on the virtual staging page.
Can a landlord book directly?

Do you work with property managers?
Yes. The Property Manager 5-Pack is 5 Lease | Listing shoots, up to 1,800 sqft, prepaid, used within 90 days. It's $149 each, $745 prepaid.
Do you shoot apartment communities?
Apartment communities, leasing offices, and model units are commercial shoots, a different service. Contact us and we'll talk about it.
What isn't sold on a lease shoot?
