  • Our packages start at $200 for standard residential properties up to 1,500 sq ft. Pricing varies based on:

    • Property size

    We'll discuss your needs, schedule a time, and send confirmation with preparation checklist.

  • Most residential shoots take 90 minutes depending on property size:

    • Small homes (under 2,000 sq ft): about 60-75 minutes

    • Medium homes (2,000-3,500 sq ft): 75-90minutes

    • Large homes (3,500-5,000 sq ft): 90-120 minutes

    • Luxury estates (5,000+ sq ft): 2 hours+

    Drone shoots add 15-30 minutes. Floor Plans adds 10-30 minutes as well. We work efficiently to minimize disruption.

  • We provide a detailed preparation checklist when you book, but key items include:

    • Remove clutter, personal items, pet items

    ✨ Clean

    • Clean and stage rooms

    🏡 Exterior

    • Tidy exterior (lawn mowed, no trash cans visible)

    • Turn off ceiling fans, close toilet lids, straighten furniture

  • Not required, but many agents prefer to be there to open the property and ensure everything looks perfect. If you can't be present, lockbox access or Supra works fine.

  • We understand schedules change! Contact us as soon as possible to reschedule. No fees for rescheduling with 48+ hours notice.

  • We don’t have a photo limit. We capture every important room and feature.Below are the averages photo count.

    Up to 2,500 sq ft - 25-35 photos

    2,500-4,000 sq ft - 35-50 photos

    4,000+ sq ft - 50+ photos

  • All packages include:

  • Absolutely! Let us know if there are specific features, rooms, or angles you want emphasized. We're here to showcase your listing the way you envision. When start your order you can add special intructions to your shoot.

  • For exterior and drone photography, we can reschedule for better weather. For interior photography, we proceed as scheduled. If weather impacts exterior shots, we can use sky replacement editing or reschedule exterior-only.

  • Yes! All photos are professionally edited including:

    ✓ Minor distraction removal

    We ensure photos look their absolute best.

  • We can remove minor items (trash cans, cars, etc.) as part of standard editing. Virtual staging and major item removal are available as add-on services.

05. Drone Photography

  • Drone flights are legal in most areas, but some locations (near airports, restricted airspace) require special FAA authorization. We handle all necessary clearances and ensure fully compliant flights.

  • Drone photography is essential for:

    ✓ Land and ranch listings

    ✓ Waterfront or golf course properties

    ✓ Homes with unique outdoor features

    ✓ Luxury estates

    ✓ Properties where location/views are selling points

  • Typically 20-40 minutes of flight time, depending on property size.

  • Drones require good weather (no rain, wind under 20mph). We'll reschedule if conditions aren't safe.

06. Virtual Tours

  • hotos are still images; virtual tours are interactive 3D experiences that let buyers "walk through" the property remotely. Think of it like Google Street View for the interior of a home.

  • Most homes take 1-2 hours to scan, depending on size and complexity.

  • Absolutely! We offer complete media packages that combine photography, drone, and virtual tours.

  • Tours are hosted for the duration of your listing, plus 30 days. Extended hosting available.

  • Yes! Virtual tours work on phones, tablets, and computers—no special app required.

  • Yes! The Matterport platform includes measurement tools buyers can use to check dimensions.

  • No, they complement it! You'll still need professional photos for MLS and marketing. Virtual tours provide an additional engagement tool.

07. Video Services

  • Filming takes 1-2 hours. Edited videos delivered within 3-5 business days. Depending on the video.

  • Absolutely! Drone video add-ons create stunning property reveals and context shots are included

  • Edited videos only. Raw footage available upon special request for additional fee.

  • Yes! You have full commercial usage rights for marketing the listing.

08. Usage Rights & Technical

  • Yes! You have full commercial usage rights to use photos for marketing the listing across all platforms—MLS, websites, social media, print materials, etc.

  • Usage rights are for listing marketing purposes for the listing agent ONLY. If homeowners want to keep photos for personal use, they can purchase them separately.

  • We use professional DSLR cameras, wide-angle lenses, professional lighting equipment, DJI drones, gimbals for video, and industry-leading editing software.

  • No, we use a flash + ambient techniques to ensure perfectly balanced exposure in every photo—no dark corners or blown-out windows.

  • We provide an online gallery link where you can view, download, and share all photos. Files can be downloaded individually or all at once.

09. Working Together
