How much does real estate photography cost in Austin?
It depends on the size of the home and which shoot you pick. HDR photos start at $209 and Signature Flash photos at $279, for homes up to 1,000 sq ft. A floor plan, drone, or video adds to the price. See every price on the pricing page.
How long until I get my photos?
Signature Flash photos arrive in two business days by the evening. HDR photos arrive the next business day by the evening.
Is there a limit on photos?
No. We take our time to make sure we capture the whole house without photo limitations. For lease listings, we do have a set range based on the size of the property/home.
What's the difference between Signature Flash and HDR photography?
Signature Flash photography is our hand-blended flash and natural light look. We use a combination of ambient light and flashes to relight the room.
HDR or High Dynamic Range photography, is a technique that uses multiple exposures of the same room so that the highlights and shadows are captured and we then take those multiple exposures and combine them into one photo.
What's included?
Every photo package includes interior and exterior photos and a property website. Each tier adds a variety of products like a floor plan, drone photos, and video.
Do you shoot photos, video, and drone on the same visit?
Yes. Photos, video, and drone all happen in one visit, so the home only has to be show-ready once. Book them together and we plan the shoot around the light. There are times where a second visit is warranted due to weather or the home isn't ready for photos and in some cases an additional fee will apply.

How should the seller get the home ready?
Send them our free Photo Shoot Checklist. It covers what to do before we arrive, room by room: blinds open, counters clear, cars and trash cans out of sight.
